Mark M McDonald

Mark M McDonald is a singer/songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, producer and performer who resides in the Asheville, N.C. area.  

Mark gives credit for his musical Influences and vintage-inspired stylings to legendary artists such as Van Morrison, Steely Day, Johnny Cash, The Grateful Dead and J.J. Cale, Anders Osborne, Ryan Adams and Chuck Prophet.

Weaved together by metaphor and nostalgic overtones, his lyrics paint a colorful landscape, producing stories that one might expect to hear told by an emotionally intelligent Phoenix on  a road trip to anywhere, USA.
